Mr. Simon
Bergen-Henengouwen is an immigrant who received most of his
education in Canada. He obtained a Diploma in Aeronautical
Engineering Technology from SAIT and his P. Eng. license through the
examination route with the PEO. He was awarded the
S.E. Wolfe thesis award by the PEO for submitting "the most
outstanding thesis in 1967". He subsequently obtained a
B.Eng. (Mechanical with distinction) and a M.Eng. (Aeronautical) at
Carleton University. His working career was with the National
Research Council, Transport Canada, and the Southern Alberta
Institute of Technology. He is currently a P.Eng. Life Member
with APEGGA and a Fellow of the Canadian Aeronautics
and Space Institute. He is now retired.

started CYBERED in 1997 to help capable engineering technologists
and immigrant engineers preparing to
write the technical examinations required for P.Eng. registration.
